CiteVue is built to be useful with as little of your data as possible. We don't run ad trackers, we don't sell data, and we don't require an account to run an audit. This page explains exactly what we collect and why.
CiteVue ("CiteVue", "we", "us") is a website-analysis tool operated by AI Workshop Studio LLC, a company registered in California, United States. It scores how ready a website is to be cited by AI search engines. You can reach us any time at mygptworkshop@gmail.com.
When you run an audit, you give us a URL. We fetch the publicly available content at that address (your homepage and a few key linked pages, plus public files like robots.txt, sitemap.xml, and llms.txt) so we can analyze it. We only access content that is already public on the open web — we never log in, bypass paywalls, or access anything private.
Paid audits are processed by Stripe. When you check out, you enter your card details and email directly with Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. Stripe shares with us a limited record of the transaction (such as your email and a payment confirmation) so we can deliver your report and provide support. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
Like most websites, our servers may automatically receive standard request data (such as your IP address and browser type) for the purpose of serving the site securely and reliably. We do not use this to build advertising profiles.
For a Full Audit, the public content we fetch from your site is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for analysis (content quality, E-E-A-T signals, keyword and competitor insights, and the recommended roadmap). Anthropic processes this data to return the analysis and does not use it to train its models. See the Anthropic Privacy Policy for details.
The Free Score runs entirely on our own deterministic checks and is not sent to any AI model.
Audit reports are currently held in temporary, in-memory storage and are not designed to be permanent — they may be cleared when our service restarts or updates. Treat the PDF you download as your permanent copy. Payment records held by Stripe are retained according to Stripe's policies and applicable financial-record requirements.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the limited personal data associated with your purchase. To make a request, email us at mygptworkshop@gmail.com and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here on this page.
